UNTAMPED unfolds in three connected phases.

Preparation: Guided personal reflection and group conversations build self-awareness, relationships, and trust before the men meet in person.

Immersion: Participants gather for an intensive, in-person experience designed to deepen conversations, challenge familiar perspectives, and create space for intentional decisions.

Integration: The next 60 days support applying those discoveries to everyday life. The first 30 days involve direct, hands-on support. The following 30 days provide lighter engagement as participants take greater ownership of their commitments.

The experience doesn't end with a return home. Participants are invited to continue their connection through monthly alumni meetings.

UNTAMPED is designed for men who carry significant responsibility in their professional and personal lives.

They may be executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, husbands, fathers, or men navigating an important transition.

Some are questioning what success means at this stage of life. Others want to become more present in their relationships, reconnect with themselves, or develop meaningful connections with men who understand the responsibilities they carry.

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from UNTAMPED. You do need to be willing to examine yourself honestly and participate fully.

Preparation: Before meeting in person, participants engage in guided reflection and group conversations that help establish trust, self-awareness, and meaningful connections.

Immersion: The men come together for a concentrated, in-person experience that creates space for deeper conversations, shared challenges, new perspectives, and intentional decisions.

Integration: Following the immersion, participants receive approximately 90 days of structured support to apply their discoveries and commitments in their everyday lives.

The immersion is a catalyst. The real opportunity is what happens when the men return home.

UNTAMPED was born in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico, where our founding cohort gathered in October 2026.

The coastal environment provides an opportunity to step outside familiar routines, responsibilities, and distractions and see life from a different perspective.

Puerto Escondido is expected to remain home to our early cohorts, although UNTAMPED is being developed as an experience that can eventually take place in other locations.

Future immersion locations and dates will be shared as new cohorts are announced.

UNTAMPED is intentionally limited to a small group of men so that each participant has the opportunity to be seen, heard, challenged, and supported.

The process begins by requesting an invitation through our website.

From there, we'll connect with you to learn more about what draws you to UNTAMPED, explain the experience, and explore whether the next cohort is a good fit.

Submitting an invitation request does not guarantee enrollment. The goal is to bring together men who are ready and willing to participate meaningfully in the experience.

Confidentiality and mutual respect are central to the UNTAMPED experience. Participants are expected to honor the privacy of one another's personal stories, conversations, and discoveries.

The environment is designed to encourage honesty and trust without requiring men to disclose more than they choose. Confidentiality is a shared commitment among participants, not an absolute guarantee.

After completing Integration, participants are invited into the UNTAMPED alumni community, which includes monthly meetings.

These gatherings provide continued opportunities for honest conversation, meaningful relationships, reflection, and mutual support.

The goal is not to keep men dependent on a program. It's to create lasting connections they can continue drawing upon as they navigate their lives.
